How to choose ceiling lights
Ceiling lights provide the main layer of light in most rooms. For general lighting aim for about 20 lumens per square foot, and more in kitchens and workspaces.
Many LED ceiling lights offer selectable colour temperature and dimming, so you can tailor the light to each room.
