      How to size a picture light

      Choose a picture light about one-half to two-thirds the width of the artwork or frame. Mount it centred above the piece so the light falls evenly down the surface.

      Will LED picture lights damage artwork?

      LEDs give off very little UV and heat, so they are the gentlest choice for art.
